. Ingredients :
.250 gr low protein flour
(blue key).
. 1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
. 150 ml of water
. 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
. 1 tablespoon white margarine
. 1/2 teaspoon salt
. How to make :
1. Mix flour & yeast in 1
container.
2. Put sugar into the water, stir
until the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour the sugar water into the flour
gradually, stir until
flush with the spatula.
4. Move the dough into place
flat, add white margarine
and salt.
5. Knead for 15 minutes
6. Divide the dough into 9 parts
7. Take 1 part of the dough, give the stuffing
chocolate / jam / like
8. Rounding the dumplings up
smooth surface
9. Cover the bakpao paper, put it down
in a flat place
10. Do it until all the dough
run out
11. Let stand & cover the dough for
20 minutes
12. Steam for 10 minutes
13. Remove & enjoy when warm
