SINGKONG LEAVES SUGAR

1. The ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Young Cassava Leaves
- Sufficient tiger shrimp
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1lbr Salam leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 pieces of red chilies
- 2 glasses of coconut milk
- Cooking oil for sauteing
2. Seasoning that is mashed:
- 5bh of curly red chilies
- 2cm of turmeric
- 2cm of ginger
- 2cm laos
- 2bh hazelnut
- 4 red onions
- 2 pieces of garlic
- to taste Salt and sugar.
3. How to make it:
- Boil the cassava leaves until tender.
- Put it aside.
- Puree all seasonings.
- Then Saute the spices with oil until fragrant.
- Enter the bay leaves and mix well.
- Pour in coconut milk
- Cook over medium heat, stirring gently until it boils.
- Put in the shrimp.
- Then add salt & sugar.
- Then add the cassava leaves.
- Stir and wait for it to sink.
- Then lift.
