Recipes And How To Make Klepon (Indonesian Food).

Ingredients: 
- 250 grams of glutinous rice flour - 50 grams of rice flour 
- 250 ml of boiled water (I use pandanus leaf juice, and put a little pandan paste, mix well).
- 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon whiting water, I add it to thicken the klepon. 

Stuffing: 
- 100 grm of fine combed brown sugar - For Baluran, namely grated coconut, pandan leaves and salt to taste.
- Steamed 
- Set aside.

How to make: 
- Mix all the ingredients and mix well, knead until you can roll it, take a little dough, flatten it and then add the brown sugar filling and make it round.
- Put it in boiling water until it floats, remove and drain for a while then roll it into grated coconut.
- Ready to serve.
