. How to prevent the corona virus

In times like today we must be very careful in maintaining our health, especially to fight and prevent the corona virus, namely by means of 3M:

* Wear a mask

*Washing hands

*Keep the distance


. Natural healthy way of life

As the saying goes "prepare an umbrella before it rains" means we have to take care of our health before falling ill.

If many people say
health is expensive, therefore we must maintain health before serious illness.

How to maintain health, namely by:

. Enough rest.

   Because of activities and work
   everyday that tires us
   must be able to divide the time between
   work and rest (nap).

   at least 1 hour every day and get some sleep
   night at least 8 hours).
   Don't stay up late if you don't have it
   the necessity.


. Adjust the diet.

A healthy diet is four healthy five perfect, namely foods that contain carbohydrates, protein and vitamins.

. Carbohydrates serve as a source of energy. Examples of foods that contain carbohydrates are white rice, brown rice, wheat, sago, tubers (potatoes and cassava), corn.

. Protein functions to maintain immunity and regenerate body cells.

 Examples of foods that contain
 Proteins, namely:

 animal protein such as milk, beef, mutton, chicken, fish.

 Vegetable protein such as tofu, and tempeh
 nuts.

. Vitamin
such as spinach, kale, cassava leaves, carrots, tomatoes, watercress, broccoli and others.

. Fruits function to care for body health and free radical contamination.

Milk serves as a source of protein and a source of energy for the body.


. Sports
Exercise should be done at least 2 times a week, either by walking leisurely in the morning, cycling, and exercising in the morning.

. Bask in the morning
Sunbathing in the morning functions to absorb vitamin D and immunity, such as osteoporosis or bone loss.

Sunbathing in the morning is well done
at 8 to 10 o'clock at least five minutes each day.

. Positive thinking
Positive thinking is a way of thinking that is okay, be it about work, yourself, other people, spouse, family,
circumstances and so on.

With positive thinking, our brain will automatically respond to our body cells to stay healthy.

. Pray
As God's creatures, we must remember the creator to always pray to stay physically and mentally healthy.
