Latest Youtube Terms of Service 2021

On June 1, 2021, we will update YouTube's Terms of Service to explicitly prohibit the collection of any personally identifiable information without their permission and clarify how we monetize Content on the Services:

Right to Monetize

You grant YouTube the right to monetize your Content on the Service (and monetization in question may include displaying advertisements on or within Content, or charging users a fee to access it). This agreement does not entitle you to any payments. Starting June 1, 2021, any payment you are entitled to receive from YouTube under any other agreement between you and YouTube (including for example payments through the YouTube Partner Program, channel memberships or Super Chat) will be considered royalties. Where required by law, Google will withhold / collect taxes from such payments.
